Synopsis
Qualitative data analysis simply means to convert the raw data sources (participant’s text/voices/images) into the interpreted format (findings/research report). This course demonstrates the main functions in ATLAS.ti for the purpose of qualitatively making sense of different types of data formats, such as textual, images, audio, video and maps.

Objectives
1) To learn the basic functions of ATLAS.ti for understanding qualitative data through integration and reporting

2) To practice (hands-on) how to analyze different data formats (textual, images, audio, video, maps) using thematic coding

3) To learn how to do the writeup of the findings based on the visual, textual, and numerical reports of ATLAS.ti
